Juvenile Cases
Juvenile Cases involve individuals who have not reached the age of majority. These cases consist of 1)delinquency - juvenile has committed a crime; 2) neglect - abuse or neglect of a minor; and 3) children in need of supervision - child is ungovernable or beyond control, includes truancy. In 2006, 104 juvenile cases were opened in Park County.
