How to Report Illegal Dumping

For continued protection of our landfills, random load inspections are also required by our governing agencies. The US Environmental Protection Agency, E.P.A., R.C.R.A Sub Title "D" Procedures for excluding hazardous waste, regulatory overview (40 CFR, Part 258.20) requires these inspection and documentations of incoming loads to detect hazardous or PCB Waste.
